-remove extraneous mechanical equipment, including twenty-one (21) hvac condenser units, three (3) kitchen exhaust hoods, two (2) boiler exhausts, and associated racks, mechanical lines, and equipment.-repair roof as needed to match existing.-install fourteen (14) new hvac condensing units per specifications and materials submitted 08/15/13 & stamped approved 08/22/13.-new equipment to be installed in same location as equipment that is removed.-the highest point of new equipment will be at or below the highest point of the equipment ot be removed (approx. 38" above parapet wall), and will be set back in order to maintain existing sight lines.

Interior demolition in existing clothing shop. Remove old flooring, walls, cosmetic. No use or occupancy. New permit and plans for any future work.

All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Installation of aluminum and acrylic signage to read h&m.
